Joint Project 1 featured photographs from Richard Avedon, Lee Friedlander, Horst P. Horst,  Mikael Kennedy,  William Klein, Saul Leiter, Vivian Maier, Sarah Moon, Irving Penn, Heidi Ross, Josef Sudek, Joshua Black Wilkins 

A magnificent idea and perfect execution. We can thank the talented Susan Sherrick and Libby Callaway for all of their hard work (and effortlessly good taste) in creating a great pop-up art experience. Not only were the photographs timeless and intriguing but they were highlighted tastefully on the gallery's unfussy naked drywall. I loved the openness of the home and the use of the rooms - minimalistic and genius. I'm all about that minimalism you guys. 

This brilliant pop-uppery will continue into the summer with Joint 2 in June (The 14th - 16th) featuring a theme of vintage motorcycles and cars. Fun! Bring out your boyfrayunds, ladies.

The featured artists for June will include: Bruce Davidson, William Claxton, Joel Meyeroqitz, Allen Ginsberg, Dennis Stock, Jim McGuire, Scott Toepher, Mikael Kennedy, Joshua Black Wilkins, Heidi Ross and a few others. 

Joint will also be up and running September and December. (Stay tuned for exact dates)
